The Mission

You won’t just be writing code; you’ll be building the infrastructure of digital credibility. Your day-to-day will involve:

• End-to-End Ownership: Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications from the database to the UI.

• Architecture: Contributing to the evolution of our microservices architecture to ensure high availability and performance.

• Collaboration: Working in an agile environment with product managers and designers to ship features that matter.

• Quality: Writing clean, testable code and participating in meaningful peer code reviews.

Your Tech Toolkit

We look for problem-solvers, not just syntax experts. Ideally, you are comfortable with:

• Frontend: Modern frameworks like React or Vue.js (TypeScript is our bread and butter).

• Backend: Node.js, Python, or Java/Kotlin.

• Data: Working with PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases, and caching layers like Redis.

• Infrastructure: Basics of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud providers (AWS/GCP).

What You Bring

• Professional experience in fullstack development (3+ years preferred).
